Meet Emily

Hi, I'm Emily Cox, an EMDR Certified Clinician. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in working with individuals struggling excessive anxiety and sadness, relationship issues, and trauma symptoms.

Clients have described me as playful, attuned, warm, easy to connect with and direct. I prioritize our relationship over all else in the therapy room and I will always move at your pace!

A Quick Note for New Clients

When finances feel tight and you already feel stuck, I know it can be hard to take the step towards healing. As a social worker, healer, therapist, and practice owner, one of my goals is to make sure that therapy is accessible to all. I am always happy to discuss adjusting pricing based on what you feel you can afford.

Let’s chat more and find what works for your individual needs.

How to get started…

Step One

Book a free, 15-minute phone consult. We will chat about your needs, I will share with you about my therapeutic approach, and you will have space to ask any questions that you might have.

Step Two

If we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll schedule a 50-minute intake session. We will get to know each other and make a plan for your therapy journey.

Step Three

We’ll meet weekly until you feel you’ve reached a place of wellbeing.
